Counselling offers a safe non-judgemental space to explore how life's challenges, messy-ness, of transitions affect us. Trauma informed and Narrative practice means, I prefer to work with ways that fit your circumstances, and which seek to resist the pull of trauma, anxiety and depression through practices that fit with your values and hopes forward.
